(2) S 864-013Close the circuit breaker 180H25 WSHLD AIR on the P180 DC power distribution panel.
(3) S 864-007Apply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(4) S 864-008Turn on the recirculation fan switches on P5 panel.
(5) S 714-009Do a test of the windshield air shutoff valve. (a) Set the WSHLD AIR switch to ON. (b) Make sure air flows from the windshield outlets. (c) Set the WSHLD AIR switch to OFF. (d) Make sure the flow of air stops.
(6) S 414-006Install the flight crew oxygen mask/stowage box. (a) Connect the electrical connectors (captain - DB637, first officer - DB641) to the stowage box. (b) Put the stowage box in the structure. (c) Install the stowage box to the structure with the four fasteners.
(7) S 414-015Install the captain's and/or first officer's seat (AMM 25-11-01/401).
(8) S 864-010Remove the conditioned air if it is not necessary (AMM 21-00-00/201).
(9) S 864-011Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

FLIGHT DECK SHOULDER AIR OUTLET VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is the removal of the flight deck shoulder air outlet valve. The second task is the installation of the flight deck shoulder air outlet valve.
B. The steps that are necessary for removal of the flight deck shoulder air outlet valve are as follows:

Remove the pilot's and/or first officer's seat.
-
Remove the side wall panel.
-
Remove the valve.
C. The steps that are necessary for installation of the flight deck shoulder air outlet valve are as follows:

Install the valve in the duct
-
Install the side wall panel.
-
Install the pilot's and or first officer's seat.
