Remove the sidewall lining from the right side of the aft cargo compartment at station 1750 to get access to the fan. (AMM 25-52-01/401 or AMM 25-55-02/401).
(4)
Remove the electrical connector, DB8290, from the fan.
(5)
Remove the fan inlet clamp.

Remove the clamps from the rubber sleeves on each end of the fan.

Remove the inlet screen/check valve assembly with the rubber sleeve from the aft end of the fan.

(a) Make sure there is no unwanted material in the duct.
(2)
Put the fan in its position with the flow arrow pointed forward.
