Remove the bolts and washers from around the DC motor and remove the DC motor, packing and gasket from the valve actuator.

Put the packing on the DC motor and fill the teeth of the DC motor output pinion with Mobil Grease No. 28, or the equivalent.
(2)
Install a new gasket on the valve actuator.
