Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel, P180 1) 180H2, LWR FWD CARGO VENT FAN PWR 1 (Forward Fan) 2) 180H5, LWR FWD CARGO VENT FAN PWR 2 (Aft Fan)
(b)
Left Power Distribution Center, P414 1) 414E10, CARGO VENT FWD CONT

Remove the forward cargo compartment ceiling lining outboard of the ceiling diffuser to get access to the fan (AMM 25-52-01/401).

Disconnect the electrical connector from the applicable fan:

Remove the fan inlet clamp.

Remove the clamps at both ends of the fan.

Pull the sleeve from the inboard end of the fan and the flex duct from the outboard end of the fan.

Remove the inlet screen/check valve assembly with the rubber sleeve from the fan.

Remove the nuts, bolts and washers from the lug at the aft end of the fan.

Remove the nuts, bolts, and washers from the lug at the forward end of the fan.

Remove the fan.

Remove the cover from the duct opening.
(a) Make sure there is no unwanted material in the duct.
(2)
Put the fan in its position with the flow arrow pointed outboard.
