 (1)  
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (2)
Do these steps to install the ICU altitude switch breakout box:


 (a)  Open these circuit breakers:
 1)  P6 Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6L6, CABIN PRESS MAN L b) 6L7, CABIN PRESS MAN R c) 6J28, CABIN PRESS AUTO A d) 6J29, CABIN PRESS AUTO B e) 6J30, CABIN PRESS ICU CONT L f) 6J31, CABIN PRESS ICU CONT R
 2)  P414 Left Power Distribution Center a) 414M8, CABIN PRESS ICU L b) 414B8, CABIN PRESS ICU R
 (b)  
Remove the connector DM7950B from the left ICU and the connector DM7951B from the right ICU.

 (c)  
Install the ICU altitude switch breakout box per the instructions on the box lid.

 (d)  
Close these circuit breakers:


 1)  P6 Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6L6, CABIN PRESS MAN L b) 6L7, CABIN PRESS MAN R c) 6J28, CABIN PRESS AUTO A d) 6J29, CABIN PRESS AUTO B e) 6J30, CABIN PRESS ICU CONT L f) 6J31, CABIN PRESS ICU CONT R
 2)  P414 Left Power Distribution Center a) 414M8, CABIN PRESS ICU L b) 414B8, CABIN PRESS ICU R
 E.  Do the Decompression Test:

 (1)  
Make sure that the AUTO SELECT switch on the CPCS selector panel is in the NORM position.

 (2)  
Put the VALVE SELECTOR switch on the breakout box to LEFT.

 (3)  
Put the switch on the breakout box to LOW PRESSURE.

 WARNING:_______VALVES WILL MOVE TO THE CLOSED POSITION QUICKLY. KEEP HANDS AND TOOLS AWAY FROM THE VALVES OR DAMMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR INJURY TO PERSONELS MAY OCCUR.

Make sure that both outflow valves move to the closed position.

Make sure the position indication of the outflow valves move from "AUTO" to "MANUAL" on the ECS EICAS manitenance page.

 (6)  Do the "Prepare Safety-Sensitive Systems for Air Mode Simulation" task (AMM 32-09-02/201).
 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THE SPECIFIED TASK
_______ TO PUT THE AIR/GROUND RELAY SYSTEM IN THE AIR MODE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE STEPS CORRECTLY CAN CAUSE THE AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF THE AIRPLANE SYSTEMS. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (a)  
Put the switch on the breakout box to "NORMAL"

 (b)  
Make sure both outflow valves go to the open position.

 (c)  
Measure the continuity across TJ2 and TJ6 of the breakout box. Measure the continuity across TJ1 and TJ5 of the breakout box.

 (7)  
Do the "Put the Air/Ground Relay System in the Air Mode" task (AMM 32-09-02/201).

 (8)  
Put the Main Deck Cargo Fire switch on the M7236 module to the ARMED position.

 (9)  
Push the CARGO FIRE DEPRESS/DISCH switch on the M7326 module.
