Remove the panel from the hatch frame.

(1)
Make sure the insullation is installed in the hatch frame.
S 424-009-B00
(2)
Install the panel on the hatch structure.
(a)
Put the panel in the correct position on the hatch.
(b)
Install the lift handle assembly.
1) Install the fasteners that hold the lift handle assembly to the structure.
(c)
Install the seal around the edge of the hatch.
(d)
Install the fasteners that hold the panel and the seal to the hatch structure.
(3)
Install the cover for the release handle.
(4)
Install the hatch (AMM 52-21-00/401).
