 (b)  Make sure the hatch is not blocked.
 (2)  S 715-020-B00Use the internal handle to close the hatch (Ref 52-21-00/001). (a) Use a spring scale to move the handle. (b) Make sure the force that is necessary to move the handle is from 10 to 25 pounds.
 (3)  S 715-021-B00Use the internal handle to open the hatch (Ref 52-21-00/001). (a) Make sure the hatch moves smoothly. (b) Make sure the hatch is not blocked.
 (4)  S 715-022-B00Examine the seal around the edge of the hatch. (a) Look in the clearance between the hatch and the fuselage to see that the seal is satisfactory.
