A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the ground service network is energized
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Make sure that a warning notice is in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the emergency oxygen system.
(3)
Make sure that the ceiling panel 231CC is removed (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001).
(4)
Obey the special precautions when you do this task (Ref. TASK 35-00-00-860-001).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged

A. Installation of the Bleed Vent Valve (7503WR)
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 35-22-64-991-001)
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Remove the vinyl bags from the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the bleed vent valve (2) in position and tighten the nut (1) with your fingers.
NOTE : The flow arrow on the bleed vent valve must point in the flow
____
direction.
(5) TORQUE the nut (1) to between 1.48 and 1.93 m.daN (10.91 and 14.23 lbf.ft).
NOTE : You must hold the fitting tightly in the correct position.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1WR, 2WR.

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
