A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Push the left hand side of the test lever on the door assembly, until the over-center spring keeps the test lever at 90 degrees to the door surface.
(2)
Remove the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE from its stowage positon.
(3)
Put the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE into the access hole in the oxygen container door.
(4)
Push the tool in until the actuator assembly is released. The door opens to the maximum travel the door stop allows.
NOTE : Do this procdure on all the other oxygen container doors.

(5)
Close the emergency oxygen-container doors. Make sure that the latch engages.
(6)
Push the test lever back to the normal position. NOTE : Spring tension retracts the door stops automatically when they

are in the normal position.
(7)
Put the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE in its stowage position.
(8)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Pull the door stops down with your fingers and turn them 90 degrees to the TEST position on all emergency oxygen containers.
(2)
Remove the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE from its stowage positon.
(3)
Put the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE into the access hole in the oxygen container door.
(4)
Push the tool in until the latch is released. The door opens to the maximum travel the door stop allows.
NOTE : Do this procedure on all the other oxygen container doors.
