R (4) Remove the blanking cap from the hose (1)
R (5) Install the new bush (2) on the hose (1).
R (6) Install the hose (1) on the oxygen pressure regulator/transmitter (9)
R and tighten it.
R (7) Remove the blanking plug from the hose (5)
R (8) Install the new bush (4) on the hose (5)
R (9) Install the hose (5) on the oxygen pressure regulator/transmitter (9)
R and tighten it.
R (10) Remove the blanking plug from the hose (6).
R (11) Install the new bush (7) on the hose (6).

A. Leak test
(1) Apply the solution SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004) to the mechanical connections.
(2) Very slowly open the valve of the cylinder (5750 HM) 3.5 to 4 turns.
(3) Let the pressure become stable. This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
(4) Fully open the cylinder valve.
(5) Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(6) Rub off the solution SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004)

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
