4. Procedure
_________
WARNING : KEEP ALL HYDROCARBONS (FUELS, LUBRICANTS, ETC.) AWAY FROM ALL
_______
SOURCE OF OXYGEN. OXYGEN BECOMES EXPLOSIVE WHEN IT TOUCHES
HYDROCARBONS.
WARNING : CLEAN THE TOOLS AND MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS ARE CLEAN TO PREVENT
_______
CONTAMINATION OF THE OXYGEN SYSTEM.

A. Installation of the Pressure Relief Valve (7000WR)
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 35-23-55-991-001)
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Remove the vinyl bags from the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the pressure relief valve (7) in position and install the screws
(5) and the washers (6).
NOTE : The flow arrow on the pressure relief valve must point in the
____
flow direction.
(5)
Apply PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001D) and SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016B) to the bonding screw.

D. Pressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1)
Slowly open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders 3.5 to 4 turns.
(2)
Let the pressure become stable.
NOTE : This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
____
(3)
Fully open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.
