9.7 +0.7 -0.7 bar (140.6865 +10.1526 -10.1526 psi) the pressure relief valve 7000WR releases the oxygen through the overboard discharge indicator 7521WR (Ref. 35-21-00).
 K. Oxygen Regulators 910WR1 and 910WR2
 (Ref. Fig. 009)
The oxygen regulators are electrically operated. They have one electrical
input to operate the oxygen regulator.
Each oxygen regulator has two internal switches:

 -
The 'SYS ACT' switch, which operates the 'SYS ON' light

 -
The 'NO FAULT' switch, which is open when the oxygen regaultor has a

fault. The oxygen regulator sends a signal to the POXIP (for 910WR1 'REGUL SYS1' indication and for 910WR2 'REGUL SYS2' indication), if:
-There is no electrical power supply.
 -
The signal OPEN is active and the oxygen regulator is fully closed.

 -
The signal OPEN is not active and the oxygen regulator is not fully closed.

-There is an internal error of the oxygen regulator.
 L. Pressure Relief Valve 7000WR
(Ref. Fig. 010) The pressure relief valve 7000WR is installed between the intermediate line and the overboard discharge line. If the pressure in the intermediate line increases to a value more than 9.7 +0.7 -0.7 bar (140.6865 +10.1526 -10.1526 psi) the pressure relief valve opens. The overpressure can discharge through the overboard discharge line. The pressure relief valve closes when the pressure in the intermediate line is less than 8.3 bar (120.3812 psi).
 M. Low Pressure Switch 970WR
(Ref. Fig. 011) The low pressure switch 970WR is installed in the intermediate line between the pressure reducers and the oxygen regulators. If the pressure in the intermediate line is not sufficient, the low pressure switch 970WR transmits a warning signal to the POXIP. The decreasing pressure is 6.9 bar (100.0760 psi) and the inscreasing pressure is 5.5 +0.7 -0.7 bar (79.7707 +10.1526 -10.1526 psi).

 6. Operation
_________
 A. Automatic Operation If the cabin pressure decreases to a pressure equivalent to 14000 +0 -500 ft. (4267.12 +0.00 -152.39 m):
 -
The altitude switch 16WR closes.

 -
The 'OPEN' relays 930WR and 931WR are energized.

 -
The oxygen regulators 910WR1 and 910WR2 open.

-When one of the oxygen regulators measures a pressure value more than
0.045 bar (0.6526 psi) in the distribution system, the 'SYS ON' indicator light 12WR comes on (after approximately one second).
-At the same time the passenger information relay 19WR is energized and the pre-recorded announcement (PRAM) is transmitted through the passenger address system (ref. 23-73-00).
-The oxygen pressure increases in the system and the oxygen-mask container doors open.
-If the main distribution line is damaged the related main distribution shut-off valve (7550WR510 or 7553WR460) closes the damaged line.
 B. Manual Operation To operate the passenger oxygen system manually you must push the 'MAN ON' pushbutton switch 14WR. The sequence of operation is then the same as the automatic sequence but the altitude switch does not operate.
 C. Door Latch Malfunction If the pneumatic latch does not operate correctly you can open the door of the oxygen mask containers manually (Ref. 35-22-00).
 D. System Reset The system can only be set to its pre-operation condition, if the cabin pressureis above a pressure equivalent to 10000 ft. (3047.94 m). When the 'TMR RESET' pushbutton switch 13WR is pushed and released:
 -
The 'RESET OFF RELAY' 934WR is energized.

 -
The oxygen regulators 910WR1 and 910WR2 close.

 -
The relay 934WR stops the operation after 5 seconds and the 'ON' light on the 'TMR RESET' pushbutton switch goes off.

 -
The 'SYS ON' indicator light 12WR goes off, when each oxygen regulator measures a pressure less than 0.045 bar (0.6526 psi) in the distribution system.

 E. Oxygen Pressure Indication
The pressure in each oxygen cylinder assembly is shown on the pressure gage on the cylinder head assembly. The pressure in the oxygen cylinder assemblies is shown on the fill panel indicator 980WR. The pressure shown is the average pressure from all of the oxygen cylinder assemblies and it is not temperature adjusted.

The pressure in the oxygen cylinder assemblies is also shown on the POXIP. The pressure shown is adjusted to the related temperature in the area of the oxygen cylinder assemblies. The QCCU transmits a pressure signal to the fill panel indicator and to the indication display on the POXIP.
