A. Inspection of the Smoke Hood Container (1) In the Cockpit: (a) Make sure that you can see the yellow indicator in the box and it is in the correct condition (operational color : yellow). (b) If you can not see the yellow indicator, and the box seal (if installed) is damaged or broken, you must replace the breathing hood.
NOTE : The box seal, if installed, can be damaged or broken. The____ condition of the box seal is not mandatory to the serviceable condition of the breathing hood.

(1) In the Cockpit:
(a)
Make sure that the good-operation indicator on the front of the lid shows green.
(b)
Make sure that the smoke hood container is not unsealed.
(c)
Make sure that the smoke hood container is not dented.
(d)
Make sure that the pictogram is on the smoke hood container and that you can read it.
(e)
If one of these points is not correct, you must replace the equipment.
