(1) Connect the vacuum source to the altitude pressure switch 16WR with the HOSE - ADAPTER, ALTITUDE SWITCH (98A35207599000).

R R A. Detailed Inspection of Masks and Visual Check of Chemical Oxygen Generators
CAUTION : DO NOT PULL THE GENERATOR-END OF THE LANYARD._______
(1) Remove the oxygen container from its position (Ref. TASK 35-21-41-000-001).
R R (2) Push the test lever back to the initial position and open all emergency-oxygen container doors.
R (3) Examine the chemical oxygen generators:
R (a) Make sure that: - The condition indicator is yellow.
NOTE : A replacement of the chemical oxygen generator is____ necessary, if the condition indicator is black (Ref. TASK 35-21-00-920-001).
- There are no damages, corrosion, cracks or tension on the outlet fittings.
R R R R (b) Serviceability check of the oxygen generator: - Read the manufacturing date on the label of the oxygen generator. - Obey the manufacturer's instructions.
(4) Examine the oxygen masks: - For cracks - For color changes - For dirt.
(5) Examine the flexible supply hoses: - For correct attachment to the reservoir bag and the generator - For kinks - For color changes.
R (6) Examine the reservoir bags: - For correct connection to the mask and the supply hoses - For tears - If you can read the inscription.
(7) Examine the elastic head band: - For over extension - For elasticity - For correct attachment to the mask.
R (8) Do a check of the lanyards:
CAUTION : DO NOT PULL THE GENERATOR-END OF THE LANYARD._______
R R - Give the lanyard to mask connection a strong, short pull to make sure that the connection is satisfactory. - Make sure that the lanyards are free and do not catch any part in the emergency oxygen container.
