Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 8LU to the ON position.

Remove the related lining panel to get access to the oxygen storage (Ref. TASK 25-55-12-000-003).

E. Depressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1)
Close the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.
(2)
Put the TEST TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE on the oxygen test port 7504WR1 to release the pressure from the system.
4. Procedure

SOURCE OF OXYGEN. OXYGEN BECOMES EXPLOSIVE WHEN IT TOUCHES

WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME DAMAGED OR

CAUTION : PUT DRY, CLEAN, METAL OR PLASTIC PLUGS ON ALL PIPES OR UNITS

Remove the support brace C63.
(2)
Loosen the nut (6) and disconnect the pressure reducer (7).
(3)
Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the disconnected line ends into a sealed BAG - VINYL.
(5)
Loosen the nut (5) and disconnect the hose (4).
(6)
Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends.
(7)
Put the disconnected line ends into a sealed BAG - VINYL.
(8)
Remove the nuts (3) and open the clamps (1).
(9)
Carefully lift and remove the oxygen cylinder (2).
