Record the test medium pressure and the temperature again.

Release the pressure from the system through the oxygen test port 7504WR3 and the ground pressure source.

Clean the connections with a clean lint-free cloth.

J. Disconnect the ground service equipment
(1)
Disconnect the ground pressure source and the test equipment from the oxygen test port 7504WR2.
(2)
Install the cap on the oxygen test port 7504WR2.
(3)
Remove the vinyl bags from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(5)
Connect the distribution system lines to the oxygen regulators 910WR1 and 910WR2.
(6)
TORQUE the connections to between 5.20 and 5.65 m.daN (38.34 and
41.66 lbf.ft).
(7)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(8)
In the cabin, remove the blanking cap from the bleed vent valve 7503WR.

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1WR, 2WR.

B. Flush the Oxygen Distribution System
(1)
Pressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(a)
Slowly open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders 3.5 to 4 turns.
(b)
Let the pressure become stable. NOTE : This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
(c)
Fully open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.
(2)
Push the MASK MAN ON pushbutton switch 14WR on the overhead panel 21VU.
(3)
Push the RESET pushbutton 13WR on the maintenance panel 50VU.
(4)
Put the TEST TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE on the oxygen test ports 7504WR2 and 7504WR3 to release the pressure from the oxygen distribution system.
(5)
Close all the doors of the emergency oxygen containers.
NOTE : The test levers must stay in the test position.

C. Pressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1) If necessary, fill the emergency oxygen cylinders (Ref. TASK 35-21-00-614-002).

Put the emergency oxygen container back to its initial configuration

Close all the doors of the emergency oxygen containers.

(4)
Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 8LU to the OFF position.
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).
(6)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door 826 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
