A. Preparation for Cleaning
(1) Put the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE into the access hole in the applicable door.
(2) Push the tool in until the latch is released. The door opens and the masks fall out.
R R (3) Prepare the cleaning solution: - Mix 1.5cc (0.91in3) of the CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-007) with 4 liters (1.05USgal) of clean water.

A. Cleaning of the mask, the harness and the mask stowage box
CAUTION : DO NOT PULL THE GENERATOR-END OF THE LANYARD._______
R R (1) Clean the mask and the harness with the cleaning solution and a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT or a cloth.
R R (2) Flush with clean water. Rub with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) and let the mask dry in the air.
R (3) Clean the stowage box with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003).
