A. Installation of the LP Oxygen-Supply Solenoid-Valve (3HT) NOTE : Only use SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-003B) on the thread of
____ the nut or on the flared portion of the tube. Apply only a thin layer of the compound on the first three of the male threads.
(1)
Put the LP oxygen-supply solenoid-valve (6) on its support (1) and attach it with the screws (2) and the washers (3).
(2)
Remove the blanking plug from the pipe (8).
(3)
Install the new bush (7) on the pipe (8).
(4)
Install the pipe (8) on the solenoid valve (6) and TORQUE it to between 1.9 and 2.7 m.daN (14.01 and 19.91 lbf.ft).
(5)
Remove the blanking plug from the pipe (5).
(6)
Install the new bush (4) on the pipe (5).
(7)
Install the pipe (5) on the solenoid valve (6) and TORQUE it to between 1.9 and 2.7 m.daN (14.01 and 19.91 lbf.ft).
(8) Connect the electrical connector (9) to the solenoid valve (6). Subtask 35-13-51-865-053

Apply the solution SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004) to the mechanical connections.
(4)
Very slowly open the valve of the cylinder (5750HM) 3.5 to 4 turns.
(5)
Let the pressure become stable. This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
(6)
Fully open the cylinder valve.
-On ECAM the OXY LO PR legend goes off.
(7)
Examine each connection to make sure that there are no leaks.
(8)
Rub off the solution SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004).
(9)
On the C/B panel 49VU open the circuit breaker 1HT:
-On ECAM the OXY LO PR legend remains off.
(10)
On the C/B panel 49VU close the circuit breaker 1HT:
-On ECAM no change.
