Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Lift and engage the oxygen container (3) on the rail (2).
(10) Install the hose sections (1) with the PULLEY ASSEMBLY - SEALING CORD tool.
NOTE : Use the roller along the hose sections in both directions.
____ Make sure that the joints of the hose sections do not align with the joints between the panels.

(11) Make sure that there is a minimum clearance of 2.0 +0.0 -0.5 mm (0.0787 +0.0000 -0.0196 in.) at each side of the oxygen container door.

C. Install the emergency oxygen container(s) in the passenger/crew door frame(s).
NOTE : During installation, make sure that the hinge of the oxygen

(1)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Put the oxygen container (13) in position.
(4)
Engage the oxygen container (13) in the support assembly (14).
(5)
Put the support (12) in position and install the washers (16) and the screws (17).
(6)
Tighten the screws (18).
(7)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(8)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(9)
Connect the electrical connectors (15) with the insertion/removal tool M15.570-20.

R D. Install the emergency oxygen container in the lavatory.
R R (1) During installation, make sure that the latch assembly of the oxygen container points to the electrical connectors.
R (2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
R (3) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
R R (4) For all lavatories:
(a) Put the oxygen container (11) in position and install the washers (6) and the screws (5).
(b) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(c) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
R R (d) Connect the electrial connectors (4) and (7) with the insertion/removal tool M15.570-20.

R (a) Install the O2-box cover color panel(21).
R R (b) Install the screws (19) and the washers (20) at the O2-box cover color panel (21).
R (c) Make sure that the dowels (22) are in the correct position.
