A. Installation of the Oxygen Pressure Regulator/Transmitter NOTE : Only use SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-003B) on the thread of
____ the nut or on the flared part of the tube. Only apply a thin layer of the compound to the first three male-threads.
(1)
Remove the oxygen-cylinder stowage cap from the cylinder valve (11).
(2)
Install the transmitter (9) on the valve (11) and tighten the nut (8) to between 7.5 and 8 m.daN (55.30 and 58.99 lbf.ft)
(3)
Remove the plug assy (1) from the sealed vinyl bag.
(4)
Remove the blanking cap from the plug assy (1).
(5)
Install the new bush (2) on the plug assy (1).
