(2) Connect the GROUND PRESSURE SOURCE (Nitrogen A_A_59503, Type 1, Class 1, Grade B) with pressure measuring device and a shut-off valve, a vent device and an overpressure device to the filling port 7520WR.
Subtask 35-21-00-790-050
C. Leakage Test of the Filling Line
(1)
Operate the ground pressure source and slowly pressurize the filling line to 192.0 bar (2784.7238 psi).
(2)
After stabilization of the pressure close the shut-off valve on the ground pressure source.
(3)
Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-004) to all of the connections that were disconnected or loosened.
(4)
Examine the connections for leaks.
NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.
____
(5)
After 30 minutes make sure that the pressure loss is less than 0.9 bar (13.0533 psi).
(6)
Release the pressure from the system through the ground pressure source.
(7) Clean the connections with a clean lint-free cloth. Subtask 35-21-00-080-051
D. Disconnect the ground service equipment
(1)
Disconnect the ground pressure source and the test equipment from the filling port 7520WR.
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Install the cap on the filling port 7520WR.
5. Close-up
________ Subtask 35-21-00-865-054

Subtask 35-21-00-614-050
B. Pressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1)
Slowly open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders 3.5 to 4 turns.
(2)
Let the pressure become stable.
NOTE : This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.
____
(3)
Fully open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.
(4)
If necessary, fill the emergency oxygen cylinders (Ref. TASK 35-21-00-614-001).
Subtask 35-21-00-942-053
C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the warning notice(s). Subtask 35-21-00-410-054
D. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the related lining panel to close access to the oxygen storage (Ref. TASK 25-55-12-400-003).
(3)
Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 8LU to the OFF position.
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door 826 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
