Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 8LU to the ON position.

Remove the related lining panel to get access to the oxygen storage (Ref. TASK 25-55-12-000-003).

E. Depressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1)
Close the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.
(2)
Put the TEST TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE on the oxygen test port 7504WR1 to release the pressure from the system.
4. Procedure

WARNING : KEEP ALL HYDROCARBONS (FUELS, LUBRICANTS, ETC.) AWAY FROM ALL

SOURCE OF OXYGEN. OXYGEN BECOMES EXPLOSIVE WHEN IT TOUCHES

CONTAMINATION OF THE OXYGEN SYSTEM.
CAUTION : PUT DRY, CLEAN, METAL OR PLASTIC PLUGS ON ALL PIPES OR UNITS

(1) Disconnection of the Electrical Connectors CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S) IS(ARE)
_______ DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S).
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connectors (3).
(b)
Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(c)
Disconnect the bonding strap.
(2)
Disconnection of the unions
(a)
Loosen the nut (2) and disconnect the thermal compensator (1).
(b)
Loosen the nut (4) and disconnect the hoses (5).
(3)
Loosen the nut (6) and remove the pressure reducer (7).
(4)
Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends.
(5)
Put the disconnected line ends into a sealed BAG - VINYL.
