A. Installation of the Filling Port (7520WR)
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 35-21-52-991-001)
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Remove the vinyl bags from the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the filling port (5) in position.
(5)
Apply PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001D) and SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016B) to the filling port (5) to seal the fill panel.
(6)
Put the pipe (3) in position and tighten the nut (4) with your fingers.
(7)
Install the screws (1), the washers (8) and the nuts (2).
(8)
Apply PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001D) and SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016B) to the screws (1) and the nuts (2).
(9)
TORQUE the nut (4) to between 2.03 and 2.17 m.daN (14.97 and 16.00 lbf.ft). ____
NOTE : You must hold the fitting tightly in the correct position.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1WR, 2WR.

C. Do the leakage check of the filling line (Ref. TASK 35-21-00-790-001). Subtask 35-21-52-440-050
D. Pressurize the Emergency Oxygen System
(1)
Slowly open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders 3.5 to 4 turns.
(2)
Let the pressure become stable.
NOTE : This occurs after approximately 90 seconds.

Fully open the manual shut-off valves of the emergency oxygen cylinders.

E. Remove the warning notice(s).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the related lining panel to close access to the oxygen storage (Ref. TASK 25-55-12-400-003).
(3)
Set the CARGO COMPT LIGHT switch 8LU to the OFF position.
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door 826 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
