Fold the reservoir bag (3) into thirds.
(2)
Put the headband (2) into oxygen mask (1).
(3)
Put the reservoir bag (3) into the oxygen mask (1).

Wind the supply hose (4) into a 50 mm (2.0 in. ) dia. coil. Make sure
that there are no twists in the supply hose (4).

Put the supply hose (4) into the oxygen mask (1).
(6)
Put the oxygen mask (1) into the emergency oxygen container (5) as shown on the instruction label in the emergency oxygen container.
(7)
If applicable, put the oxygen mask in the position on the ejector strap.
NOTE : The ejector straps are only installed in the emergency oxygen

containers in :

The entrance aera
-
The lavatories
-
The galleys.

Do this procedure for the other oxygen masks.
(9)
If necessary, put the pull flag assembly (6) between the oxygen masks and the door of the emergency oxygen container.
NOTE : The pull flag assembly (6) is only installed in the emergency

oxygen containers in the lavatories.

Make sure that the supply hoses (5) are connected to the generator outlet and that the lanyards (8) are connected to the actuator pin.
(11)
Put the supply hoses (5) on the oxygen masks. Make sure that the supply hoses do not tangle or catch any part in the emergency oxygen container.
(12)
Put the lanyards (8) on the oxygen masks. Make sure that the lanyards do not tangle or catch any part in the emergency oxygen container.
(13)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(14)
Close the door of the emergency oxygen container. Make sure that the latch engages and that there is nothing caught between the door and the body of the emergency oxygen container.
