Loosen the nuts (1) and (3) and remove the check valve (2).
(2)
Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Put the disconnected line ends into a sealed BAG - VINYL.

Make sure that a warning notice is in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the emergency oxygen system.

Obey the special precautions when you do this task (Ref. TASK 35-00-00-860-001).
(4)
FOR 7501WR1 Make sure that the floor panel 231NF is removed (Ref. TASK 53-22-12-000-001).
(5)
FOR 7501WR2 Make sure that the ceiling panel 231DC is removed (Ref. TASK 25-23-41-000-001).

A. Installation of the Check Valve (7501WR1,7501WR2)
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 35-22-63-991-001)
(1)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Remove the vinyl bags from the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the check valve (2) in position and tighten the nuts (1) and (3) with your fingers.
NOTE : The flow arrow on the check valve must point in the flow
____
direction.
(5) TORQUE the nuts (1) and (3) to between 5.92 and 6.28 m.daN (43.65 and
46.31 lbf.ft).
NOTE : You must hold the fitting tightly in the correct position.
