A. Preparation for Cleaning
(1)
Put the TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE into the access hole in the applicable door.
(2)
Push the tool in until the latch is released. The door opens and the masks fall out.
(3)
Prepare the cleaning solution:
-Mix 1.5cc (0.91in3) of the CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-007) with 4 liters (1.05USgal) of clean water.
4. Procedure

A. Cleaning of the mask, the harness and the mask stowage box
CAUTION : DO NOT PULL THE GENERATOR-END OF THE LANYARD.

(1)
Clean the mask and the harness with the cleaning solution and a BRUSH
-BRISTLED, SOFT or a cloth.
(2)
Flush with clean water. Rub with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) and let the mask dry in the air.
(3)
Clean the stowage box with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003).
5. Close-up
