A. Examine the smoke masks for condition (Ref. TASK 35-32-51-210-001). Subtask 35-32-51-110-050
B. Chemical Cleaning
(1)
Prepare the cleaning solution: mix 0.0015 l (0.0003 USgal) of the CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-007) with 4.0 l (1.0566 USgal) of clean water.
(2)
Clean the smoke mask and the harness with a lint-free cloth moistened with the cleaning solution.
(3)
Remove the cleaning solution with a lint-free cloth moistened with clean water.
(4)
Clean the elastomer parts of the mask-regulator(s) with a lint-free cloth moistened with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-005).
(5)
Clean the nonelastomer parts of the mask-regulator(s) with the cleaning solution CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004).
