Do a visual check of the safety barrier strap (8), loop end (4) and latch hook (3). Make sure that they are clean and in a satisfactory condition.
(4)
Lift the loop end (4) off the latch hook (3) and let the safety barrier strap (8) slowly retract into the drum unit (9).
(5)
Make sure that the loop end (4) retracts fully into its stowage and is held in position (under spring tension from the drum unit) against the guide support (7).

Remove the access platform(s).
(6)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
