_______SOLVENTS ARE POISON AND FLAMMABLE. SOLVENTS WITH SUFFICIENT AIR. SUPPLY APPROVED RESPIRATORY PROTECTION. DO NOT GET SOLVENT IN EYES. DO NOT TOUCH SOLVENT WITH SKIN OR CLOTHING. USE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. KEEP FLAMMABLE MATERIALS AWAY FROM SPARKS AND FIRE.
 CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW SOLVENTS TO CONTACT PLASTICS, CONTROL CABLES,
_______ LUBRICATED AREAS, DECALS, PAINTS, MARKINGS, OR DAMAGE MAY RESULT.
 (1)  Clean the surface of the bracket around the switch mounting hole with BMS 11-7 solvent and a clean lint free cloth.

 CAUTION:_______DO NOT TIGHTEN THE NUT MORE THAN 18 POUND-INCHES. MORE THAN 18 POUND-INCHES OF TORQUE WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SWITCH.
 (2)  Put the washer on the thermal switch.
 NOTE: Use phenolic washer for the WLE, and aluminum washer for the
____ Center Duct or above the Strut and for the Nacelle Strut.

 CAUTION: SL 26-041 THERMAL SWITCHES;
_______ THERMAL SWITCHES ARE COLOR CODED TO ASSIST IN THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT OF THE THERMAL SWITCH. IF THE WRONG THERMAL SWITCH IS INSTALLED, FALSE OVERHEAT WARNINGS MAY OCCUR OR OVERHEAT CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE DETECTED.
 THE LOCATION OF THE THERMAL SWITCHES ARE:
 GREEN (200 DEGF), WLE.
 YELLOW (250 DEGF), CENTER DUCT AND ABOVE STRUT.
 RED (300 DEGF), NACELLE STRUT.

 (3)  Install the switch and washer on the bracket. Attach the washers and locknut.
 NOTE: If color coded switches are installed, make sure the
____ correct color coded switch is installed. Use a Green color coded switch for the WLE, a Yellow switch for the Center Duct or above the Strut, and a Red switch for the Nacelle Strut.

Apply the sealant BMS 5-95 around the base of the switch on top of the midspar, and over the stud and the fastener on the bottom of the mid spar if applicable.

Make a splice on the switch pigtails to the airplane wire bundle with an NAS 1387 splice. Install and seal the splice. Refer to high temperature requirements (WDM 20-30-12).

Connect the electrical wires.

Apply the sealant, RTV-3145, PR 1913 or PR 1933, around the electrical connections on the base of the switch if it is applicable.

Install the wing access panels where removed. Refer to AMM 06-09-08/201 for access door identification.
