 C. Procedure
 S 424-011
 (1) Get access to the applicable cargo area to install the regulator.
 S 414-012
 CAUTION: YOU MUST INSTALL THE REGULATOR IN THE CORRECT POSITION AND FLOW
_______ DIRECTION. IF IT IS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY THE SYSTEM WILL NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY.
 (2)  
Put the regulator in the correct position in the top U-shaped support bracket.

 S 434-013

 (3)  
Tighten the jam nut.

 S 434-014

 (4)  
Install the two nuts and washers which connect the top of the support bracket to the regulator washer.

 S 434-015

 (5)  
Install the two bolts and washers which connect the bottom of the support bracket to the regulator.

 S 434-016

 (6)
Connect the tubing to the inlet and outlet of the regulator.

 (7)  
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on the P6 panel:

 (a)  6H6, FIRE EXTINGUISHER LOWER CARGO

 (8)
Do the System Test for Metered Discharge Line (AMM 26-23-00/501).

 FILTER/DRYER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General
_______
 A.  The filter/dryers are installed in the right side of the ceiling in the forward cargo compartment and the aft cargo compartment.
 B.  The removal/installation procedure is the same for each filter/dryer.

 2.  Remove the Filter/Dryer (Fig. 401)

 A.  Access
 (1)  Location Zones 124 Forward Cargo Container Compartment Aft Half 142 Aft Cargo Container Compartment R.H.
 B.  Procedure
 S 864-002
 (1)  Open this circuit breaker on the main power distribution panel, P6, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  6H6, FIRE EXTINGUISHER LOWER CARGO
 S 014-003
 (2)  
Get access to the filter/dryer.

 S 034-004

 (3)  
Disconnect the tubing connected to the inlet and outlet of the filter/dryer.

 S 024-005

 (4)  
Pull the filter/dryer out of the support bracket and remove the filter/dryer.

 NOTE: If a fire bottle was discharged through the filter/dryer,
____ you must replace the filter/dryer with a new one.
