CAUTION: YOU MUST INSTALL THE FILTER/DRYER IN THE CORRECT POSITION AND
_______ FLOW DIRECTION (THE WORD "IN" IS STAMPED ON THE INLET FACE AND AN ARROW IS PAINTED ON THE BODY TO INDICATE FLOW DIRECTION). IF IT IS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY.
(3) Connect the tubing to the inlet and outlet of the filter/dryer.
(a) Make sure that the filter/dryer is installed tightly on the tubing.

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains one task which makes sure these systems operate correctly:
-Forward and aft lock-in relays
-
The 30 minute time delay relay
-
The air/ground bypass relay in the cargo fire extinguishing system.

A. Special Tools and Equipment
(1) A26002-54, Time Delay, Cargo Fire Extinguisher Bottle Test Box (Optional)
NOTE: The A62002 test tool facilitates the check of the 30 minute
____ time delay relay. A clock timer may be used if the A26002 tool is not available.
(2) G26001-105, Squib Test Box
NOTE:____Adapter cables are included with the squib test box. Refer to drawing number G26001 for the applicable adapters and connectors for the cargo fire bottles squibs.
B. Standard Tools and Equipment
(1)
Multimeter - 0-1000 volts dc 1%, 0-750 volts ac, 0-2 amps, 0-2 megohms - commercially available
(2)
Voltmeter - with a 10k ohm or greater resistance
(3)
Squib Protective Covers
M83723-208-AN or -AC (Fwd squib)
M83723-210-AN or -AC (Aft squib)
(4)
Clock timer (optional, used if A26002 tool is not available)
