Set the R PACK switch to the HIGH position.
(j)
Connect the D490 electrical connector to the R Pack Valve. 1) Make sure the recirculation fan operates.
(k)
Disconnect the D490 electrical connector from the R Pack Valve. 1) Make sure the recirculation fan stops.
(l)
Connect the D486 electrical connector to the L Pack Valve. 1) Make sure the recirculation fan operates.
(m)
Disconnect the D486 electrical connector from the L Pack Valve. 1) Make sure the recirculation fan stops.
F. Put The Airplane Back To Its Usual Condition

Connect the D486 electrical connector to the L Pack Valve.

Connect the D490 electrical connector to the R Pack Valve.

Set these switches to the OFF position:
(a) P5-10 Air-Conditioning Control Module

3) RECIRC FAN

3403 - Right Air-Conditioning Access Panel

(5) Install this access panel:
(a) Access Panel, Right - Forward Cargo Compartment, Aft Bulkhead

(6) Remove the electrical power from the airplane if it is no longer necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).

(1) Set these switches to the OFF position and attach DO-NOT-OPERATE identifiers:
(a) P5-10 Air-Conditioning Module
1) R PACK
2) L PACK
3) RECIRC FAN

(2) Remove this access panel:
(a) Access Panel, Right - Forward Cargo Compartment Aft Bulkhead

(3) Remove the recirculation fan filter:
(a)
Release the fasteners which hold the access door to the filter support (14 Locations).
(b)
Remove the access door.
(c)
Remove the filter.
