(1) Get access to the top shelf of the E1 rack.

(2) Install the delta P module (Ref 20-10-07/201). (a) Use the screwlocks, stand offs, lock washers and the nuts to install the delta P module (Fig. 401).
NOTE:____ Do not install the flat washers. You need to discard the flat washers that come with the new delta P
module.
(b) (c) Connect the electrical connector, D1872, to the delta P module.Do this check to make sure the delta P module is connected correctly to the electrical connector, D1872: 1) Measure the electrical resistance at pin 22 and pin 31 of the electrical connector, D948B, for the cabin pressure controller.
a) Make sure the electrical resistance is 95,980 (+/-1000) ohms.
2) Measure the electrical resistance at pin 3 and pin 41 of the electrical connector, D948A, for the cabin pressure controller.
a) Make sure the electrical resistance is 400 (+/-10) ohms.

(3) Install the pressure controller (Ref 21-31-21/401).

(4) Install one of these components, that was removed, on the E1-1 shelf:

(5) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers on the P6 panel: (a) MAN DC (b) STBY DC (c) AUTOMATIC DC (d) AUTOMATIC AC (e) MAN AC (f) STBY AC (g) All the circuit breakers on the CONTROL CABIN LIGHTING module (h) LANDING GEAR LIGHTS

(6) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the No. 1 AIR DATA COMPUTER circuit breaker on the P18 panel.

(1) Open these circuit breakers on the P6-4 panel and attach
DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
AUTOMATIC AC and DC
(b)
STBY AC and DC
(c)
MAN AC and DC

Lower the P5 panel to get access to the pressure control module on the forward overhead panel in the flight deck.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
