CAUTION: DO NOT LET THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SWITCH PROBE GET HOTTER

(e)
Use the specified heat source equipment to increase the temperature of the switch probe.
(f)
Make sure these lights come on when the switch probe temperature reaches 390|10°F (199|6°C): 1) MASTER CAUTION and AIR COND annunciator lights on the P7
panel 2) PACK TRIP OFF light on the P5-10 panel
(g)
Remove the heat from the switch probe.
(h)
Let the switch probe become cool.

Push the TRIP RESET switch on the P5-10 panel.
(j)
Make sure that the MASTER CAUTION, AIR COND and the PACK TRIP OFF lights go off.
(k)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the switch.
(l)
Apply an anti-seize compound to the switch threads.
(m)
Remove the cover from the duct opening.
CAUTION: USE TWO WRENCHES TO INSTALL THE SWITCH IN THE BOSS ON THE
_______
DUCT. THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE DUCT.
(n)
Install the switch and a new O-ring into the boss on the duct and tighten the switch.
(o)
Connect the electrical connector to the switch.

(3) Do this test of the 210°F ACM Turbine Inlet switches, S1 and S4:
(a) Disconnect the electrical connectors, D530 and D536, from the left and right switches, S1 and S4, respectively.
CAUTION: USE TWO WRENCHES TO REMOVE THE SWITCH FROM THE BOSS ON THE

DUCT. THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE DUCT.
(b)
Remove the switch and its O-ring from the duct.
(c)
Put a cover in the duct opening to keep out the unwanted materials.
(d)
Connect the electrical connector to the switch.
CAUTION: DO NOT LET THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SWITCH PROBE GET HOTTER
_______ THAN 220°F (105°C). DAMAGE TO THE SWITCH COULD OCCUR.
(e)
Use the specified heat source equipment to increase the temperature of the switch probe.
(f)
Make sure these lights come on when the switch probe temperature reaches 210|10°F (99|6°C): 1) MASTER CAUTION and AIR COND annunciator lights on the P7
panel
2) PACK TRIP OFF light on the P5-10 panel
(g)
Remove the heat from the switch probe.
(h)
Let the switch probe become cool.
(i)
Push the TRIP RESET switch on the P5-10 panel.
(j)
Make sure that the MASTER CAUTION, AIR COND and the PACK TRIP OFF lights go off.
(k)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the switch.
(l)
Apply an anti-seize compound to the switch threads.
