Connect the electrical connectors, D532 and D538, to the left and right switches, S2 and S5, respectively.
(i)
Push the TRIP RESET switch, on the P5-10 panel.
(j)
Make sure the PACK TRIP OFF lights go off.

(6) Do this test of the 210°F ACM Turbine Inlet switches, S1 and S4:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connectors, D530 and D536, from the left and right switches, S1 and S4, respectively.
(b)
Install a jumper wire between pin 1 and pin 2 of each switch electrical connector.
(c)
Make sure these lights come on: 1) Left and Right PACK TRIP OFF lights, on the P5-10 panel 2) MASTER CAUTION and AIR COND annunciator lights, on the P7
panel
(d)
Push one of the MASTER CAUTION lights.
(e)
Make sure the AIR COND annuciator light and the MASTER CAUTION lights go off while the PACK TRIP OFF lights stay on.
(f)
Remove the jumper wire from pin 1 and pin 2 of each switch electrical connector.
(g)
Connect the electrical connectors, D530 and D536, to the left and right switches, S1 and S4, respectively.
(h)
Push the TRIP RESET switch, on the P5-10 panel.
(i)
Make sure the PACK TRIP OFF lights go off.

A. General
(1) This task has the steps to do a test of the 390 degree F ACM compressor discharge switches, S2 and S5, and the 210 degree F ACM turbine inlet switches, S1 and S4.
B. Special Tools and Equipment
(1) Temp-Cal Probe Heater BH 3884-40 (attachment to
Jet-Cal engine analyzer) or H294 Temp-Cal Thermal Switch Tester or H394 Temp-Cal Tester with adapter cable BH405
BH24944 Heater Probe Kit (basic P/N)
NOTE: This kit is necessary to use the
____ testers listed above. There are different dash number kits for specific airplane model and tester combinations. Please consult with supplier.
