Open the bay doors for the air conditioning equipment.

(5) Operate the CONT CABIN and PASS CABIN temperature selectors, on the P5-17 panel, to put the air mix valves in the full COLD position.
NOTE: The indicator needle of each AIR MIX VALVE indicator, on
____ the P5-17 panel, must align with the inner mark at the COLD position.

Move the CONT CABIN and PASS CABIN temperature selectors to MANUAL OFF.

Make sure that the indicator needle of the visual indicator on each air mix valve, in the air conditioning bay, is at the full COLD position.
NOTE: Refer to 21-61-00/101, Temperature Control System, if the
____ indicator needles are not at the full COLD position.

(8) Set the positions of these switches, on the P5-10 panel, as follows:
(a)
Put the engine BLEED 1 switch to OFF.
(b)
Put the engine BLEED 2 switch to ON.
(c)
Put the APU BLEED switch to ON.

(9) Start the APU (AMM 49-11-00/201).
NOTE: The electrical load is to be less than 25 amperes.

(2) Disconnect the solenoid A electrical connector, D392 (APU high flow
mode), from the left pack flow control and shutoff valve.

(3) Make sure that the flow control and shutoff valve for the left pack
moves towards the closed position.

NOTE:____ If the APU EGT does not decrease, there is a problem with
the wiring.
