 PRESSURE CONTROLLER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure has two tasks. The first task gives instructions for the removal of the pressure controller. The second task gives instructions for the installation of the pressure controller.
 B.  The pressure controller is on the top shelf of the E1 rack in the E/E equipment compartment (Fig. 401).

 (1)  Open these circuit breakers on the P6-4 circuit breaker panel and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  
6F1 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - AUTOMATIC AC

 (b)  
6F2 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - AUTOMATIC DC

 (c)  
6F3 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - STBY AC

 (d)  
6F4 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - STBY DC

 (e)  
6F5 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - MAN AC

 (f)  
6F6 PRESSURIZATION CONTROL - MAN DC

 S 864-017
 (2)  Open these circuit breakers on the P6-3 panel and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE identifiers:
 (a)  All the circuit breakers on the CONTROL CABIN LIGHTING module

 (3)  Open these circuit breakers on the P18-2 panel and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE identifiers:

18A9 NO. 1 AIR DATA COMPUTER (25 VAC)

 (4)  Get access to the pressure controller on the top shelf of the E1 rack.

 CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONNECTOR PINS OR OTHER CONNECTORS ON THE
_______ PRESSURE CONTROLLER. IF YOU TOUCH THESE CONDUCTORS, ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PRESSURE CONTROLLER.
 (5)  Remove the pressure controller (AMM 20-10-07/201).
