R (6) Put the covers (2) in position and install the screws (3).
R (7) Make sure that all of the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
R (8) If necessary install new placards (Ref. TASK 11-00-00-400-007) and (Ref. AMM 11-32-25 P.Block 001).

B. Installation of the Stowage 6580MM

R (Ref. Fig. 401A/TASK 25-27-44-991-001)
R (1) Unless specified, TORQUE all nuts, bolts and screws (Ref. TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
R (2) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004) to the seat-track fittings (11) and (19), and the stoppers (10) and (18), and put them in the seat tracks (12) as recorded in the removal procedure.
R (3) Seal the seat tracks:
WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE_______ THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R R (a) Cut the synthetic fiber-cords (13) MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-002) to the necessary length.
NOTE : The cords (13) must be 50 mm (2 in.) longer than the area____ that you will seal.
(b) Put the cords (13) in the seat tracks (12).
(c) Make a loop at one end of each of the cords (13).
NOTE : This step is to make the next removal procedure easier.____
R R (d) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-019) to the seat tracks (12) for a length of 30 mm (1.2 in.).
(e) Push the loops into the sealant.
R (4) Carefully put the stowage (1) in position.
R (5) Install the threaded bushes (9).
R (6) Turn the threaded bushes (9) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the vertical position of the stowage (1).
R (7) Put the outer eccentric-bushes (8) and the inner eccentric-bushes (7) in position.
R (8) Turn the eccentric bushes (7) and (8) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the horizontal position of the stowage (1).
R (9) Install the washers (15), the nuts (6) and (14), and the caps (5).
R (10) Put the covers (16) in position and install the screws (17).
R (11) Put the upper attachments (3) in position and install the screws (4).
R (12) Make sure that all of the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
R (13) If necessary install new placards (Ref. TASK 11-00-00-400-007) and (Ref. AMM 11-32-25 P.Block 001).
R (14) Close the door (2).
