A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Make sure that the equipment is removed from the emergency equipment stowage.
(3)
Make sure that the aircraft is in the same configuration as for the removal task.

4. Procedure

A. Install the emergency equipment stowage.
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Carefully put the emergency equipment stowage (1) in position.
(4)
Put the washers (3) in position and install the screws (2).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the emergency equipment in the emergency stowage . NOTE : Make sure that the emergency equipment is complete.

Put the access platform in position adjacent to the FWD or AFT cargo compartment door as required.
(2)
FOR 4DS
(a)
Open the FWD cargo compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Set the FWD CARGO COMPT light switch 6LU to ON.
(c)
Remove the sidewall panel 132JW (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-000-003).
(3)
FOR 14DS
(a)
Open the AFT cargo compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(b)
Set the AFT CARGO COMPT light switch 8LU to ON.
(c)
Remove the sidewall panel 152FW (Ref. TASK 25-55-12-000-003). Subtask 25-27-34-865-053
