R (1) Preparation of the Seat Tracks (10):
R WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE_______

R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R (a) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
R Use CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004). If necessary use a
R vacuum cleaner.
R (b) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent
R area.

R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A
R MASK.
R (c) Apply adhesive-promoter SEALANTS (Material No. 09-028B) to the
R seat track (10).
R NOTE : Add to previous step, where the sealant (7) will be____
R applied.
R (d) Seal the seat tracks (10):

R THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S.
R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A
R MASK.
R 1_ Cut the synthetic fibre-cord MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-
R 002) (8) to the required length.
R NOTE : The cord must be 50 mm (2 in.) longer than the area____
R that you will seal.
R 2_ Make a loop at one end of each of the cords (8).
R 3_ Put the cords (8) in the seat tracks (10).
R NOTE : This step is to make the next removal procedure easier.____
R 4_ Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) (7) in the seat tracks
R (10). Apply the sealant (7) only in the area of the adhesive
R promoter in the seat tracks (10).

R 5_ Push the loops into the sealant (7).
R (2) Apply corrosion preventive compounds into the seat tracks (10):

R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R (a) Apply masking paper and masking tape around the seat tracks (10)
R where you will apply corrosion preventive compounds.
R (b) Apply the STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-004) into the
R seat tracks (10).
R (c) Apply the STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-008) into the
R seat tracks (10).
R (d) Apply the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-022) into the seat
R tracks (10).
R (e) Cut the section (9) to the required length and push it into the
R grease. Do this only in areas where persons walk and not in areas
R where furnishings will be installed.
R (f) Remove the unwanted grease with a SCRAPER - NON METALLIC. Do this
R at the top of the seat track (10) to get a flush surface.
R NOTE : Make sure that the complete seat track (10) is filled with____
R COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-022) where the adhesive
R foil (4) will be installed above the seat track (10).
R (g) Remove the masking paper and masking tape from the floor panels.
R (3) Preparation of the Floor Panel (6):

R USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R (a) Make sure that the component is free from dust and particles. If
R necessary use a vacuum cleaner.
R (b) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
R Use CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004).
R (c) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent
R area.

R (4) Installation of the Moisture Barrier Foil (4) on the floor panel (6):
R NOTE : It is recommended that two persons do this procedure.____
R (a) Unwind the moisture barrier foil BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS
