B. Leak Check
(1)
Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(2)
In the galley, put the water shut-off valve to the OPEN position. CAUTION: Open the galley potable water faucet to bleed the system (to evacuate the black water from the new cartridge).
(3)
If necessary, open the water-boiler faucets to bleed each boiler and check the flow of water.
(4)
Examine the water filter for leaks.
NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.

(5)
Release the pressure from the potable water system (Ref. TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(6)
Remove the container.
(7)
Dry the work area with a clean lint-free cloth.

Remove the grill/grill with filter from the air extruction duct.
(2)
Remove and discard the filter pad/discard the grill with filter.

Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

If applicable, cut the filter pad to the correct size.
(6)
If applicable, put the new filter pad in position.
(7)
Install the grill/grill with filter to the air extruction duct.
(8)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
