R F. Installation of the Textile Floor-Covering (TF) attached with
R Dispersion-Adhesive
R (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 25-28-41-991-001)
R WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE WORK_______
R AREA WHEN YOU USE SPECIAL MATERIALS.
R IF YOU GET ONE OF THESE MATERIALS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR MOUTH
R OR IN YOUR EYES :
R -FLUSH IT AWAY WITH A FLOW OF CLEAN WATER FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 15
R MINUTES.
R -GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL AID IF IRRITATION OCCURS.
R DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM THE MATERIAL.
R DO NOT SMOKE WHEN YOU USE THE MATERIAL.
R DO NOT USE THE MATERIAL NEAR A FLAME, SPARKS OR SOURCES OF
R HEAT.
R THESE MATERIALS ARE DANGEROUS : THEY ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE
R AND SKIN IRRITANTS.
R (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other
R items.
R (2) Installation of the textile floor-covering (TF):
R (a) Put the textile floor-covering (7) in position.
R (b) Make sure that the textile floor-covering (7) is in correct
R position.
R (c) Push the textile floor-covering (7) down with a ROLLER - RUBBER.
R (d) Move the rubber roller on the textile floor-covering (7) in all
R directions.
R NOTE : This step is to make sure that the bond of the____
R dispersion-adhesive to the floor panels is satisfactory.
R (e) In areas with inadequate adhesion (e.g. at the edges, at
R floor-covering joints,...), it is recommended to apply additional
R double-sided tape BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No.
R 08-112) onto the floor-panels.
R (f) If you replaced only some of the textile floor-covering:
R - Make sure that the new TF (7) has the same thickness as the
R adjacent (old) TF.

NOTE : If necessary, you can apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS
____ (Material No. 08-112) to the bottom surface of the adjacent (old) TF (7) to put the high difference to the minimum.
(3) Installation of the Joint-Strips: WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE
_______ THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES AND A MASK.
(a) Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the threads of the screws (8).
(4)
Put the joint strips (9) in position and install the screws (8).
(5)
TORQUE the screws (8) to 0.4 m.daN (35.39 lbf.in).
(6)
Install the seat-track covers (10).
