Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

(a) Carefully slide the control unit (9) on the adapter assembly (8). NOTE : Make sure that the locking catch (10) holds the control

unit (9) in position.

FOR 14DS
(a) Install the control unit (4) with the brackets (5), the washers
(7) and the screws (6) on the support structure (3).
(6)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(7)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (1).
(9)
Safety the electrical connector (1) with the spring latches (2).

Set the AFT CARGO COMPT light switch 8LU to OFF.
(c)

Pull the synthetic fiber-cords (9) and remove the sealant from the seat tracks (8).

Remove the stoppers (6) and the seat-track fittings (7) from the seat tracks (8).
