Open the two quick release fasteners (5) at the left side of the ceiling panel (4).

Push the left side of the ceiling panel (4) up.

Move the ceiling panel (4) to the left and out of the spring fasteners (3).
(9)
Move the ceiling panel (4) at an angle with the right side down.
(10) Make sure the right side of the ceiling panel (4) is clear from the overhead stowage compartments.

Remove the related overhead stowage-compartment door/s (referred to as door) (1):
(a)
Open the applicable door (1) on the right side of the aircraft (flight direction).
(b)
Remove the retaining rings (3), the washers (4) and the pins (6). NOTE : The damper (5) stays attached to the stowage-compartment.

(c)
Hold the door (1) and remove the pins (7) from the hinges (2).
(d)
Carefully remove the door (1) from the compartment.
(2)
Remove the ceiling panel (10):
(a)
Open the access doors (9) and disconnect the electrical connectors (8).
(b)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

(c)
