 Remove the head padding

 (a)
 Push-up and release the head padding (1) from the studs (2).

 (b)
 If necessary remove the studs (2) from the lavatory wall.

 

 (2)
 Install the head padding

 (a)
 Install the studs (2) if necessary.

 (b)
 Put the head padding (1) in position and push it down to lock it on the studs (2).

_____________________ The cabin linings are formed to the contour of the fuselage. They are installed to give a cover to these parts:

The components of the electrical system

The components of the airconditioning and ventilation system. The linings are divided into these primary groups:


 -Ceiling panels
 -Sidewall panels
 -Door and door frame linings.

R  Sealing strips fill the gaps between the panels. Each lining has an identity 
R  number (Ref. 06-41-53). 
R  A. Ceiling Panels 
R  The ceiling panels are made of synthetic honeycomb material. They are 
R  installed along the full length of the cabin and the utility area. 

R  (1) Cabin Area 
R  (Ref. Fig. 003) 
R  The ceiling panels in the cabin area are installed between the left 
R  and the right overhead stowage compartments and have flourescent 
R  lamps. The ballast units are part of the lamp units and are attached 
R  to the ceiling panels. Filler strips are installed in the area 
R  between the panels. The ceiling panels are attached to the overhead 
R  stowage compartments with attachment rails and latches.
