A. Remove the Center Class Divider Rail System.
(Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-26-43-991-014)
(1) Remove the center class divider rail (refer to as rail):
(a)
Open the door (9) of the overhead stowage compartment.
(b)
Hold the rail (1) in position and remove the screws (7) and the washers (6).
(c)
Carefully remove the rail (1) and the shim plates (5).
(d)
Remove the sleeves (2),the springs (4),the pins (3) and the spacers (8).

Make sure that the ground service network is energized

Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(4)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

A. Installation of the Center Class Divider Rail System:
(Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-26-43-991-014)
(1) Install the center class divider rail (refer to as rail).
(a)
Make sure that the door (9) of the overhead stowage compartment is open.
(b)
Put the rail (1) and the washers (6) in position and install the screws (7), but do not tighten.
(c)
Install the sleevers (2), the springs (4) and the pins (3).
(d)
Align the rail system, if necessary install shim plates (5) and spacers (8).
(e)
Tighten the screws (7).
