HARD CHROME PLATE A WORN SURFACE TO A MAXIMUM THICKNESS OF 0.005 INCH AND GRIND TO THE DESIGN
LIMITS. REFER TO THE OVERHAUL MANUAL, 20-42-03, HARD CHROME PLATING.
REPLACE WHEN THE RADIAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE RACES IS MORE THAN 0.005 INCH.
A REPLACEMENT BUSHING CAN HAVE OVERSIZE OD TO +0.03 INCH.
A WORN PART IS REPAIRABLE. REFER TO THE OVERHAUL MANUAL FOR REPAIR INFORMATION.
A REPLACEMENT BUSHING IS TO HAVE AN INTERFERENCE FIT 0.0003 MIN/0.0016 MAX. THE OVERSIZE OF THE
HOLE IN THE FITTING MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 0.06 IN.
HARD CHROME PLATE REFER TO NOTE . SHOT PEEN REFER TO THE OVERHAUL MANUAL SECTION 20-10-03.
A REPLACEMENT BUSHING IS TO HAVE AN INTERFERENCE FIT 0.0003 MIN/0.0020 MAX. THE OVERSIZE OF THE
