Make sure the ailerons are in the specified neutral tolerance.
(a)
Turn the control wheel 58 degrees clockwise. 1) Make sure the right aileron moves up and the left aileron moves down.
2) Make sure the displacement is 20.66-20.86 inches (19 to 21 degrees) from the neutral position.
NOTE: The displacement is measured from the inboard
____ trailing edge (TE) of the inboard aileron to the outboard TE of the inboard flap.
(b) Turn the control wheel 58 degrees counterclockwise. 1) Make sure the left aileron moves up and the right aileron moves down.
2) Make sure the displacement is 20.66-20.86 inches (19 to 21 degrees) from the neutral position.
F. Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks from the Wing Landing Gear" (Ref 32-00-30/201).

A. General
(1)
This procedure contains the task to repair the aileron programmer.
(2)
To repair the aileron programmer, you must replace the rivets in the controlled shear joint of the quadrant and coupling. This repair is for the left and right programmers.
