Procedure
S 422-011
(1)
Install the power control package (Fig. 201):
(a)
Lubricate the O-rings and the threads of fittings with assembly lubricant or hydraulic fluid before installation.
(b)
Install hydraulic fittings in the power control package.
(c)
Attach the reaction link (12) to the power control package (11).
(d)
Apply a thin layer of grease on the reaction link pin (7).
(e)
Install the pin (7) and washers (39 and 40).
(f)
Install the nuts (41) and (42) but do not tighten.
(g)
Measure the nuts (41) and (42) run-on torque with the spanner wrenches.
(h)
Tighten the nut (42) to 40-60 pound-inches more than the run-on torque.
