 (b)  Install rig pin A/S-2.
 NOTE: The rig pin A/S-2 must stay in its hole to keep the trim
____ system at the center during subsequent adjustment.
 1)  Make sure rig pin A/S-2 can move freely in its hole.
 a)  If it is necessary, operate the trim switches and move control wheel until you can easily install rig pin A/S-2.
 (c)  
With a clamp, attach the control wheel straightedge across the thumbrests on the captain's and first officer's control wheels.

 (d)  
Make sure you can easily install the rig pin A/S-6 (A/S-7 right).

 (e)  
Remove all the rig pins.

 (f)  
Align the inboard aileron rigging straightedge to the centerline of the inboard primary hinge.

 (g)  
Make sure the inboard aileron aligns with the trailing edge.

 NOTE: The permitted tolerance is 0.25 inch.

 1)  If it is necessary, adjust the input control rod.
 (h)  Remove the straightedges from the wing and the control wheels.

 (5)  
Do a test on the vertical reaction link.

 (a)  
Operate the aileron.

 (b)  
Make sure the aileron moves through full travel in each direction.

 (c)  
Make sure the aileron is not out of tolerance.

 F.  
Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (1)  
Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks from the Wing Landing Gear" (Ref 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Hydraulic System Depressurization"
 (Ref 29-11-00/201).

 A.  There are four tasks in this procedure. These are the tasks:
 (1)  
The removal of the central lateral control package

 (2)  
The installation of the central lateral control package

 (3)  
The removal of the central lateral control package filter

 (4)  
The installation of the central lateral control package filter.

 B.  
The right CLCP (right autopilot) is in the left wheel well. The left CLCP (left autopilot) is in the right wheel well.
